Refund Policy
- The Abington Park and Recreation Department reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or combine programs. If insufficient enrollment causes an activity to be cancelled, participants will receive a full refund. Please allow 3-4 weeks for the processing of refunds.
- To be eligible for a requested refund, the request must be received one week before the program has started. No refunds/credits will be granted after a program /activity has started.
- Your request will need to be a letter to the department stating the reason why you are requesting a refund along with your name, address and social security number.
- Every effort will be made to notify you if a program has been cancelled or changed. Programs are subject to change in location and/or personnel.
- The Park and Recreation Department does not confirm program registrations.
