Dates: 
Saturday mornings July 22, July 29, August 5, and August 12

Running Events
 (times are approximate, participants limited to 3 running events plus the relay per meet)
 
10:00   50 m run (all ages, under 6 with parental encouragement allowed)
 
10:20   100 m run (ages 6 and up)
 
10:40   1 mile run (ages 9 and up)
 
11:00   200 m run (ages 6 and up)
 
11:20   800 m run (ages 9 and up)
 
11:40   400 meter run (ages 6 and up)
 
12:00   4 x 100 Relay (all ages, participants form teams of 4. Team runs with age group of oldest member)
 
Field Events
 
10:00 – 11:30  Running Long Jump (all ages, can choose standing long jump)
                        Best of 2 jumps, ongoing during running events
 
10:00 – 11:30  Turbo Jav (all ages) (The turbo jav is a safe, soft tipped plastic practice javelin)
                        Best of 2 throws, ongoing during running events
 
10:00 – 11:30  Shot Put (all ages) (The shot is junior weight, soft coated practice shot)
                        Best of 2 throws, ongoing during running events

Goals: To provide an informal an supportive setting for youth and adults athletes to participate in the sport of Track and Field. Participation and sportsmanship are applauded.
