Greenwave Strength and Conditioning

In an effort to have the athletes train together, promoting team work and encouraging athletes to push themselves, we have put together the Green Wave Strength and Conditioning program. The program will be a combination of weight room work, anaerobic and aerobic training, speed and agility training as well as sport specific training.

General Information
  • 6 weeks, 3 days a week, 2 hour sessions, two nights and one morning
  • Monday (6-8pm), Wednesday (6-8am) Thursday (6-8pm)
  • Ages: Incoming freshman to recent graduates
  • Additional open gym hours to work out on your own or with friends
  • All participants will get a T-shirt
  • Instructors: Kate Abbatangelo, Certified Personal Trainer with the American College of Sports Medicine and Girls varsity soccer coach Peter Serino, Assistant Basketball and Baseball Coach John McGinness, Head BoysSoccer Coach
